Mud Mates ships across both New Zealand and internationally. Please note all prices are in $NZ.
Note: for international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any VAT, taxes or duties relevant to your country of residence.

We use a tracked courier service which requires a signature on delivery, this means you need to be home to sign for your parcel and if you are not home, you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company. If you would prefer your parcel to be sent non-signature required, please write ‘NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ in the ‘order notes’ section at checkout. (Please note this is at your own risk).

Shipping to the rest of the world

If you would like your order shipped to another country we are happy to do so. Please contact us before placing your order for a personalised shipping quote.

Delivery

Mud Mates orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For in-stock products, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days from when your payment clears (for NZ deliveries), however delivery to some remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Please allow 7-10 days plus delivery time for made to order products.

We will let you know via email if there is going to be a delay.

International orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days following payment in cleared funds. Delivery time will depend on your location and your shipping choice.

Outdoor Play Equipment

Our outdoor play equipment is shipped New Zealand-wide from Palmerston North by Mainfreight. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to amend the shipping cost after checkout. We will contact you if this is required. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for your exact delivery address prior to checkout.
