Whether it be playing at the park, daycare or kindy, in the sandpit, helping in the garden or for the budding fisherman Mud Mates waterproof overpants are just what you need! They are a generous fit designed to slip on over your kid’s clothing saving you constant clothing changes and loads of washing! Not to mention, protecting their clothes from wear and tear.

They are perfect too for keeping crawling babies clothes clean and dry and helping to prevent knee holes in their outfits.

Mud Mates protective overtrousers are quick and easy to get on and off over your child’s gumboots or shoes and feature an elasticated waist and elasticated ankles to hold them in place.

Made using our waterproof, 100% polyester, PVC-free fabric, our overpants are lightweight yet durable, machine washable and quick drying.

When dressing your child, please consider the number of layers and type of fabric of the clothes they are wearing under their Mud Mates. Active children will naturally sweat to cool their bodies and the clothing they are wearing under their Mud Mates can become damp with sweat. By having your child wear clothing with natural fibers such as merino or cotton, you reduce the chance of this happening.

Please note, our garments are not seam-sealed and therefore not guaranteed 100% waterproof after prolonged water exposure.

Overpants Colours and Sizing

Available in six great colours plus green camo and pink camo print (please note there is an extra charge for green camo and pink camo).

Sizes available are 6-12 months, 1, 2, 3, 4-5, 6-7 and 8-9 years. Please note they are a generous fit.

If your preferred size and colour combination states ‘available on backorder’ this means we will make to order for you. Simply click ‘add to cart’ and complete your purchase as normal.
