Mud and water play is so popular with our kids, but sometimes protecting their clothes with our water-resistant Overpants is not enough. That’s why we’ve created Mud Mates waterproof Fleece Lined Pants.

Outdoor play is a stimulating and enjoyable experience year round, including in all the mud, rain and snow during winter! That’s why our waterproof fleece lined pants are produced using the same soft, lightweight yet durable outer fabric as our original Overpants, all-in-one Coveralls and Shoe Covers. Then they are lined inside with our super soft and cuddly microfleece fabric for warmth and extra protection against the elements. So you can be certain that not only are your child’s clothes protected, but their comfort is too.

Just like our original, unlined Overpants, our NZ-made fleece lined pants have a generous fit designed to slip on over your child’s clothing, or they can be worn on their own. The extra warmth provided by our fleece lined pants make them ideal children’s ski/snow pants for those winter snow trips!

Our unlined Overpants and Fleece Lined Pants prevent constant clothing changes and save loads of washing, as well as protecting children’s clothes from wear and tear. As always, all of our Mud Mates protective pants are quick and easy to get on and off over your child’s gumboots or shoes.

With an elasticated waist and elasticated ankles to hold them in place, our Fleece Lined Pants are waterproof, comfortable to wear and machine washable, making them the perfect addition to every child’s winter wardrobe!

When dressing your child, please consider the number of layers and type of fabric of the clothes they are wearing under their Mud Mates. Active children will naturally sweat to cool their bodies and the clothing they are wearing under their Mud Mates can become damp with sweat. By having your child wear clothing with natural fibers such as merino or cotton, you reduce the chance of this happening.

Children’s Waterproof Fleece Lined Pants Colours and Sizing

Choose from our wide range of outer fabric colours of camo (+$3), green, navy, pink, pink camo (+$3), red, royal blue and turquoise, all of which are lined with navy microfleece.

Available in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4-5 and 6-7 years. Larger sizes are available on request, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
