Mud Mates ships across both New Zealand and internationally. Please note all prices are in $NZ.
Note: for international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any VAT, taxes or duties relevant to your country of residence.

New Zealand

Enjoy FREE NZ shipping on orders over $99*

We offer a tracked courier service for all our deliveries. You can specify a safe place for your parcel to be left in the ‘notes’ section at checkout.

You can choose to add ‘signature required’ at checkout for added security. A Signature Required service does not necessarily mean you need to be home to receive your package. The courier will leave your parcel in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery.

Alternatively, if you are not home, a card-to-call will be left and you will need to arrange re-delivery with the relevant courier company.

Please note that ‘signature required’ is not an option for rural addresses, however your parcel will still be tracked.

Free Shipping over $99
To receive free shipping (within NZ), your spend must be over $99 after any coupons or loyalty points have been applied.

*Free shipping offer is not valid for Mud Kitchens and is shipped as ‘tracked, no signature’ required.
*Flat rate shipping applies for wholesale and ECE orders where bulk discount pricing has been calculated.

Shipping to the rest of the world

If you would like your order shipped to another country we are happy to do so. Please contact us before placing your order for a personalised shipping quote.

Delivery

Mud Mates orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For in-stock products, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days from when your payment clears (for NZ deliveries), however delivery to some remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

If you do not receive your order within the timeframe specified above and via email, please contact us immediately.

Please allow 7-10 days plus delivery time for made to order products.

We will let you know via email if there is going to be a delay.

International orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days following payment in cleared funds. Delivery time will depend on your location and your shipping choice.

Outdoor Play Equipment

Our outdoor play equipment is shipped New Zealand-wide from Palmerston North by Mainfreight. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to amend the shipping cost after checkout. We will contact you if this is required. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for your exact delivery address prior to checkout.
